Acceptable use
The rules every client agrees to. They keep the order flow fair for the users who send it and for the searchers who build on it.
Prohibited strategies
- Sandwich attacks: placing your own transactions before and after another user's transaction to profit from its price impact.
- Front-running: using a transaction from the Private Orderflow stream to place your own transaction ahead of it.
- Any other strategy that profits by worsening the execution of the transactions we deliver to you.
Welcome strategies
- Backruns placed after their target, arbitrage, liquidations, market making and other strategies that do not worsen another user's execution.
Verification
- Before access starts, we ask for the wallet your strategy trades from and review its on-chain activity, and you confirm that your strategies follow these rules.
- We may review the on-chain activity of connected clients at any time.
Credentials and data
- Access is granted per client. Credentials and endpoints may not be shared, resold or published.
- Private Orderflow data may not be resold or passed on to third parties.
Breaches
- If a client breaks these rules, we may suspend or end access without notice. Fees already paid are not refunded.
- If you believe a client of ours is sandwiching or front-running, message us on Telegram, @MevAlphaStore, with the transaction signatures.
