Solana mainnet.
Is there a mempool on Solana?
Not a public one. Transactions go straight to the TPU of the current and upcoming leaders. Private Orderflow streams them as they arrive at the TPU of validators in our network, before execution, which is the closest thing to a mempool on Solana. See How to see pending transactions on Solana.
Do you offer SWQoS (staked connections)?
Yes. Private TPU Send delivers your transactions over staked QUIC connections with stake-weighted QoS (SWQoS) to the current and upcoming leaders, and it also accepts atomic bundles.
Do you offer a shred stream like Jito ShredStream?
Yes. Shreds (Early Data) delivers block data from validator infrastructure before replay, over gRPC or WebSocket, in all 7 regions.
Where is your infrastructure located?
Our main validators are located in Frankfurt. All services are available in 7 regions: Frankfurt, Amsterdam, London, Dublin, New York, Tokyo and Singapore.
What latency can I expect?
It depends on your region and setup. Our support team shares detailed figures after you message us on Telegram: @MevAlphaStore. Private Orderflow never holds or delays transactions.
Are my transactions sent through Private TPU Send visible in the Private Orderflow stream?
No. Transactions you send through Private TPU Send are excluded from the Private Orderflow stream.
Do you support bundles?
Yes. Private TPU Send accepts atomic bundles. Send the target transaction from Private Orderflow followed by your backrun, and the validator executes them together and in order, or not at all. Bundles land in the leader slots of validators in our network. See Placing your backrun.
Do you allow sandwich attacks or front-running?
No. Sandwich attacks, front-running and any other strategy that profits by worsening another user's execution are prohibited, and we end access if we find them. Backruns, arbitrage and other strategies that do not harm the transactions in the stream are welcome. See Acceptable use.
In what format is the data delivered?
Data is delivered via gRPC or WebSocket.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing is personalized. After you contact us on Telegram, we tailor the services to your needs and agree on the price individually. It depends on the selected services and your setup, for example the stake pool size for Private Orderflow, the required throughput for Private TPU Send and the number of regions for Shreds.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All fees are payable in SOL.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All fees are non-refundable.
Can I change my package or stake pool size?
Yes. You can change your package or increase the stake pool size at any time. Your offer is adjusted together with our support team.
Do you offer an SLA?
Availability terms are agreed individually with our support team.
